CATHERINE CHESHIRE, PCC, SPHR

Catherine "Cat" Cheshire is a leadership, executive and team coach -- partnering with driven and mission-focused leaders around the world, and right here in Tampa Bay. Cat focuses on whole-person self-awareness and development, supporting optimal performance and well-being through emotional resilience, and emotional intelligence in teams and team leaders. Constructive conflict, mindset, and strengths application are topics of perpetual learning and interest for Cat.

A KWLF/WOTW facilitator since 2021, Cat collaborates with Forum members to build, empower and create the outcomes they envision through open, frank and supportive dialogue.

She says,” Gender aside, most of us face challenges, have confidence wobbles and have to make sacrifices. One of the reasons I work in women's Forums specifically, however, is that, still, in 2022, women in general are more likely to be juggling careers with caregiving and raising families. Advances are significant, but the higher we get to the top of the organizations, the fewer women we see, relative to men.”

Women are achieving extraordinary things (and simply leading great work each day) and she sees many organizations supporting women as they climb to the top. In Cat's view, bringing executive and executive-track women together to collaborate on individual challenges builds not just the resilience of the leaders in our Forums, but the resilience of their organizations. It's a great investment for organizations when it comes to performance and productive leadership, and, at the same time, a gift to the communities Forum members touch.
