International Women's Day Celebration
International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. This year’s IWD theme is “Inspire Inclusion.”
When we inspire inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. When women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment.
The global goal of IWD 2024 is to collectively forge a more inclusive world for women. We at the McGuckin Group / Women On Their Way are committed to this goal not only March 8th, but every day. Our purpose serves to help move the needle in women's advancement and it would be our honor to celebrate this monumental day with you.

Our McGuckin Group experts provide you with customized invitation templates highlighting our partnership together, help you register your leaders, and provide you with your organization’s registration metrics leading up to our session. In hopes to move the needle and get further, faster within gender equity our partnerships and celebration are completely complementary to you and your organization.
Who Should Attend The 2024 Celebration?
Our 2024 Celebration is open to all leaders, of all levels (intern to executive), and all genders.
Is There A Financial Cost To Participate In The 2024 Celebration?
In hopes to move the needle and get further, faster within gender equity, our partnerships and celebration are completely complementary to you and your organization.
We do encourage a donation to World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) – the chosen IWD partner organization.
Is There A Limit To How Many Leaders I Can Invite?
At this time, there is no limit on the number of leaders you can invite. We simply ask that you register under group registration/ partnership by emailing [email protected]
