International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. This year’s IWD theme is “Inspire Inclusion.”
When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. When women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment.
The global goal of IWD 2024 is to collectively forge a more inclusive world for women. We at the McGuckin Group / Women On Their Way are committed to this goal not only March 8th, but every day. Our purpose serves to help move the needle in women's advancement and it would be our honor to celebrate this monumental day with you.
