The McGuckin Group Grows Women’s Leadership Development Program, Women On Their Way, Through the Acquisition of Key Associates
Acquisition of leading c-suite leadership development company highlights Audrey McGuckin’s commitment to bring systematic changes to corporations and to empower women leaders
St Petersburg, FL, August 10, 2022 — Leading talent design innovation firm, The McGuckin Group, today announced the company has acquired Tampa-based c-suite leadership development company, Key Associates, Inc. The combination of the two entities expands the reach of both companies’ transformative leadership development programs to women around the world. As part of the acquisition, The McGuckin Group welcomes the Key Associates community into The McGuckin Group’s Women On Their Way (WOTW) peer-learning leadership development program.

As a global community, Women On Their Way also expands the reach of Key Associates members to a community of dedicated leaders from around the world.

As part of the acquisition, the Key Associates Women’s Leadership Forum team and the Key Associates staff, has joined The McGuckin Group as part of the Women On Their Way organization. Mary Key will continue on as a key advisor to Women On Their Way, working closely with McGuckin Group founder Audrey McGuckin. The two will work to transition the two communities into one streamlined organization. Effective immediately, Key Women’s Leadership Forum events and working groups will continue as is, with all future forum events transitioning into WOTW programming. Edward Valaitis of Edison Avenue brokered the deal as the seller’s agent, while Huntington Bank SBA assisted The McGuckin Group in the acquisition. The two companies will join together for the first time publicly at the Key Associates’ annual Key Women’s Leadership Forum Summit in Tampa on August 25. The event brings executive women together for personal and professional growth. Audrey McGuckin and the Women On Their Way team will attend this year’s summit where they will meet with Key Associates members. The Summit takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Tampa JCC, located at 522 N. Howard Ave. in Tampa, Florida.
