International Women’s Day 2023: Join Industry Leading Women for a Discussion on the Systemic Challenges that Impact Equity and How to Truly Embrace Equity

By Audrey McGuckin, CEO, WOTW -

On March 8th we are celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD) with a free hour-long webinar for anyone looking to develop programs that truly embrace equity within their organization.

This year we have an impressive panel of women leaders from Northwestern Mutual, Johnson and Johnson, and eBay.  It’s going to be an event to celebrate women's achievement, raise awareness about the systemic challenges impacting equity, and how organizations and individuals can take action to “Embrace Equality.”

IWD also marks the 6th anniversary of our parent company, The McGuckin Group, a  leading talent design innovation firm. As we celebrate six years in business, this special International Women’s Day (IWD) virtual celebration means a lot to us.

In starting The McGuckin Group and Women On Their Way, Audrey McGuckin’s goal was to address the ways supportive leaders show up for the women on their teams. This year's IWD panelists are an amazing group of women leaders who are going to share their insights on leadership and supporting all women.
